1 Who is the controller

2 What data we process

When you write to us through the contact form, we process the data you provide yourself: your name, email address, the name of your business or website (optional) and the content of your message. If the site uses analytics tools, we may also process technical data about your visit (e.g. device type, approximate location) — always to the extent described in the Cookies section.

3 Why we process the data and on what basis

• Handling your enquiry and arranging a call — so we can get back to you and respond to your message. Legal basis: steps taken towards possible cooperation and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
• Your consent — given by submitting the form, which you can withdraw at any time.

4 How long we keep the data

We keep the form data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any related communication. If no cooperation follows, we delete it within 12 months at the latest. If cooperation does begin, we keep it for the duration of that cooperation and thereafter for as long as required by law.

5 Who we share the data with

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do, however, use technical providers (processors) who help us run the website and our communication:

• Resend — delivery of emails from the form,
• Google (Workspace, Sheets) — mailbox and record of enquiries,
• Vercel — website hosting.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU (e.g. in the USA). In that case the transfer is secured on the basis of appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

6 Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. 7 Cookies

This website uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics) that help us understand traffic — how many people visit the site, where they come from and which sections interest them. These cookies are only activated with your consent, which you give in the cookie bar on your first visit and can change at any time in the cookie settings in the site footer. Without consent, no analytics cookies are stored. For measurement we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.); data may also be processed outside the EU on the basis of appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.
